I had a great consultation and decided to enroll in classes. Everything went smoothly until Russia invaded Ukraine. For some reason, the business chose not to honor its commitments (I am from Ukraine). They moved their website to another platform and refused to ship the color samples I had paid for as part of the course, totaling $350. I am very disappointed that they are using political issues as an excuse to avoid fulfilling their obligations, offering neither a refund nor the shipment of the items I paid for.
