I had a Fantastic experience in Ruslanguage School. The teacher Anastasia it' s been very professional with us. All his lessons are been very easy to understand with a clear english speak. 5 star are not enough for this school. Hope to back soon and try the Intensive classes. Спасибо!

PAY ATTENTION!!!! Had a 1 month intensive course. They changed 3 times the teacher without notice. One of the teacher couldn't speak english therefore I had to communicate with google translator. They only allow to postpone the class one time. Pay attention to the contract as it is stated that you can postpone the class once otherwise you will be charged like i was. So even if they say ''don't worry the class is postponed without any problem'' at the end of the course they will charge you and stick to the very rigid contract as they did with me and they haven't refunded me any classes even if i asked to postpone them in advance. Therefore if you are working and might have unexpected event that might force you to postpone eventually some classes, THIS IS NOT THE SCHOOL FOR YOU

Good curriculum, extremely helpful for beginners. All around a great investment. The people are understanding and willing to work towards whichever goals you set. I studied with them for 3 months and can confidently get around Russian cities without a translator. Thank you for the help!

During the months of tuition I had with Svetlana at Ruslanguage, I noticed significant improvement in my spoken Russian, as I was able to speak with native Russians on a daily basis outside her lessons to solve problems and hold conversations in a variety of contexts. As a result Svetlana’s lessons proved beneficial in developing my Russian for real life and business. Furthermore Svetlana combined professionalism and friendliness as a tutor. I found her classes not only effective in providing academic preparation for Russian language exams, but also her classes were very enjoyable as she encouraged us to talk about a range of topics, from business and current affairs, to culture and philosophy in Russian. In conclusion I highly recommend Svetlana as a Russian language tutor, she has a deep understanding of the Russian language at a theoretical level, and is able to explain the complexity of it to students clearly. Svetlana’s tuition was a good investment of time, and I would return to her as a student in the future.

I followed 4 weeks of course at this school in Moscow in October. It was one of my best experiences. I lived in an apartment with two other girls (30 minutes walk away). We were in a small group (we were two sometimes) and the lessons last 4 hours. it is also possible to take private lessons. The classrooms are very cozy. teachers and staff are adorable and attentive. I came to Russia with the aim of improving my Russian which I learn at the University. These 4 weeks paid off because I passed all of my Russian exams in January. Thanks again to the whole team and especially to Maria my teacher. My experience at ruslanguage has been very positive. I have been three times for an overall period of six months. During this time I have had different teachers, all very qualified. I am now able to have meaningful conversations with Russians, occasionally on complex subjects.

My experience at ruslanguage was very positive. I attended a Russian language intensive course for 1 week and I really enjoyed it. My teacher, Irina, was amazing; her lessons are interactive and interesting, she knows how to motivate students all the time. I feel that even if the period of study was very short I learnt a lot of things. Plus, the staff is really kind and welcoming. I'm really satisfied and I hope to have the chance to attend the school again!

Ich war drei Wochen in Moskau und hatte hier Unterricht genommen um mein Russisch zu verbessern. Zuerst habe ich mich für einen Gruppenkurs entschieden. Die Gruppe war klein und es wurde viel sprechen geübt bzw die neu gelernte Grammatik wurde gleich angewendet und geübt. Außerdem hatte ich noch Einzelunterricht um gezielt auf meine Fragen einzugehen. Auch dieser war sehr gut, die Inhalte wurden individuell auf meine Wünsche gestaltet. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden und kann die Schule sehr empfehlen.

Absolutely Excellent. I am an intermediate level student and I have studied at Ruslanguage for three weeks and loved every minute of it!!! Everybody is truly kind, nice and helpful. The intensive group course was well structured and I felt the progress I made was consistent . Teachers are very qualified and help you cover what you need the most. I also booked 10 individual lessons and all the teachers I had made me work really hard especially during the preparation of the first level Certificate. I am extremely satisfied even compared to other courses I did, and I definitely reccomend it! Other than a great school the location is excellent 15 min walk from the red square and other amenities in the heart of the Beautiful historical centre of Moscow. Thank you so much everyone!

I was truly surprised by how much I learned in a relatively short period of time (4 weeks). The faculty and staff at Ruslanguage make the learning process very enjoyable. Additionally, Moscow is a beautiful city to spend some time, and get some practical experience speaking Russian!

i did 2 weeks intensive course and i loved it, my level was very basic but i improve and learned a lot of things. my teacher was Anna, she is the best, very polite, patient with us and her lessons just flew by... the staff helped me with visa and all, so thumbs up also for them. i will definetly go back.

The coordinators are very helpful, kind, and accommodating to any enquiries or needs one might have. My teacher, Katya, had a genuine passion for teaching and for getting to know her students, using the language as the perfect basis for it. I had a 2-week long intensive group course and I was very satisfied. My teacher, Maria, is an incredibly talented, professional and kind teacher with a keen passion for teaching and, of course, for languages. I could hardly believe how much she was able to teach me in only 2 weeks. She was always able to keep the lessons interesting, even when they were about complex grammar rules. Overall, I found the school very professional.

I spent a wonderful 3 weeks improving my Russian language abilities at Ruslanguage school. The administration was extremely helpful and timely in their communications.The teaching staff was always well-prepared for classes, providing all study and exercise materials and leading challenging but enjoyable lessons. I particularly appreciated my teacher's (Sergei) efforts to engage us in conversation, effectively allowing us to practice our speaking abilities. The class sizes are small and students are friendly. I studied at Ruslanguage for 4 months and I strongly advise this school to everybody wishing to improve his/her level of Russian. Teachers are very competent and have great experience in the teaching of Russian to foreign students. During lessons you will have the opportunity to focus both on communicational aspect and on grammar, lessons are never boring. Moreover, I found also the administrative personnel really helpful and kind. Also the position of the school is great, it is in the heart of Moscow, next to Bolshoj Theatre!

I attended 12 weeks of intensive course and really I can't complain about anything. Structure located in the city center, easily accessible. Comfortable, new, welcoming. By far and easily the best alternative in Moscow, especially if you are working full time. Professional and highly qualified staff (specifically trained to teach Russian to foreigners) monitor your progress very closely while demonstrating a high degree of flexibility in terms of your work schedule. When it comes to pricing, Ruslanguage is considerably more competitive than the usual institutions which expats usually encounter upon arrival.

Russian is a very technical language and the teachers at Ruslanguage School are all well educated and competent in their knowledge of the language. I have attended the school five different times with an average of about 6 weeks per time. I have had the privileged of studying with most of the staff, and they are all excellent at their profession. They encourage verbal skills through conversion, probably the hardest area to learn for students. They work interactively to improve student's skills in pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary, which greatly accelerates the transition to being a confident speaker in Russian. Working with students from all over the world with different learning experiences is a big challenge, but these teachers seem to have a map in their heads of the skills of each student. This makes for a productive experience for each student. I have thoroughly enjoyed the social experience of meeting, conversing with students from all corners of the globe, and exploring Moscow. We all share our experiences and opinions and I believe that the consensus is that this is the best Russian language school for English speaking foreigners in Moscow. Федя

Every summer, for more than ten years now, I have been coming to Moscow to take classes for at least six weeks at Ruslanguage School in Moscow. The first year I arrived in Moscow, I was afraid to speak a word of Russian even though I had studied Russian in university here in Washington, DC. I had never really been around Russians before in my life. Now, I am not afraid to speak Russian anymore, even with my mistakes. I also think that I am now able to write Russian better than I can speak it because I have not been able to spend more than six weeks in Moscow every year in summer. When I started to study Russian, I wanted at some point to be able to read classical 19th century Russian literature with my dictionary. Now I can. It is still not easy to do it but I am able to read a little every day without getting discouraged and the more I read, the better I get at it. All the progress I have made in Russian over the years came about because I have come to Moscow every year, regularly attended classes at Ruslanguage School and did the homework assigned. The teachers at the school are first rate. The administrative staff bend over backwards to help students who come from all parts of the world. I highly recommend the school to anyone who has a real interest in learning Russian and who wants to get a good taste of life in Moscow.

I highly recommend Ruslanguage school. I took the intensive course with supplementary individual lessons. Teaching from Inessa and Tatyana was of the highest standard. The school is at a great location very central. Very warm and inviting staff. Five stars.

It was a great learning experience! I participated in group sessions and took private lessons. All teachers were very knowledgable and professional in giving interactive lectures! I could not have had a better experience at the school. The people here care about making the learning experience worthwhile all while being extremely flexible. You will meet interesting people from all over the world and have plenty of things to do after class. Regarding the effectiveness of the course, I think it is about as good as you can get given that students are always coming and going. My teacher was able to handle all of my questions and made the learning experience enjoyable, although classes were a little slow for me. Class size does not go over nine which is an excellent value for the price of the courses. FYI: The visa process was new for me, and some things caught me off guard. I would advise everyone to double check all the details with your consulate.

Best Language School ever! The teachers identify where you need further explainations and areas where you need improvement. Classes are small and interactive. It is the best place to learn the Russian language profoundly even during a short period of time!

I really enjoyed this language course. 8 weeks, 2 times a week. It was a great pleasure to learn with my teacher E. Honestly, I think it was an advantage that E. did not speak such a good English. But it was enough to explain some grammar or to translate the vocab. After some time we even discussed Russian and German politics. In this way I developped my speeking skills and we get to know different point of views. Спасибо!
