Brilliant gym with a truly friendly atmosphere and the best coaches. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind and the training is second to none.

Hidden gem of a gym in the heart of Moscow just behind the famous Ukrainia Hotel (now known as the Radisson). This gym is a boxing gym by definition but has a great free weight and functional training area with everything you might imaginably need from rings, to rubber bands, to kettle bells, to rowing machine. They have training programs for groups as well as individuals. The price is very reasonable and affordable even for one day users.

Great boxing & martial arts studio in a former brewery hall: family atmosphere, demanding, but friendly instructors and a lo-o-ot of space!! Check out some outstanding graffiti on the walls. Also a very affordable pricing for training (no self exercises, only individual and groups training sessions).
