I lived here since 2019 to 2023. Great place tho, it has students from all over the world and also Russians as well. Great opportunity to practice ur languge skills. However the noise canceling just really bad due to this building's old age

I lived here as a foreign student in 2013-2014. If you have issues with your roommate I suggest asking to be moved early on. If you are older and can afford it, I suggest you find your own place to live because it will be difficult to study and get enough sleep in this environment with all the students around. However, it is certainly a privilege as a foreign student to be housed in Moscow instead of Odinstovo.
