Phone don't work No response in email They declined my visa because of their voucher I don't recommend

Телефон не работает, на письма не отвечают. Напечатали ваучер криво и такой кривой весь отправили. в посольстве этот ваучер не приняли. Как вы проверяете ваучеры и ещё ставите печать и подпись. У вас там совсем не грамотные работают, как можно допускать такие ошибки?

Don't use their service. They are lairs and thieves! They were supposed to refund money to my account for paper invitation (which I didn't need). When I have requested the refund I was immediately advised the money will be on my card within 30 days. I have never received any money (after querying the refund with them for long time) and have never received the paper invitation either. Very, very unprofessional behavior!!!!!

The support letter for my Russia visa was ready right after paying. After receiving the documents I found out that I had accidentally made some mistake. I already thought I'd have to buy a new letter, but I gave it a chance and wrote to the customer service an email. They responded very fast providing me a new document. Thank you so much!
